Second Public Announcement of Environmental Impact Assessment

According to the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Interim Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment of the State Environmental Protection Administration Environmental Development [2006] No. 28 documents, XINGJIAN Science and Technology (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. has commissioned Xi'an Luda Environmental Protection Science and Technology Company Ltd. to prepare an Environmental Impact Report on the project's environmental impact assessment of the relevant information to the public, and welcome all walks of life to put forward valuable opinions on environmental protection.

Seven, the scope of the object of consultation is mainly for the project site in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, the National Aviation High-Tech Industrial Base Qingyi Road 111 equipment manufacturing surface treatment center around the residents and other stakeholders, and welcome all sectors of the community to express their views and suggestions on environmental protection work of this project.
